Dr.Althea 345 Relief Serum
Dr.Althea has launched the 345 Relief Serum, a lightweight serum aimed at stressed, sensitive skin, extending the Korean brand's 345 Relief range. The serum is designed to calm irritation, replenish hydration and strengthen the skin barrier, in a fast-absorbing, non-sticky emulsion for morning and night use.
The formula centres on a high concentration of Japanese white birch juice (Betula platyphylla japonica) alongside barrier-supporting actives including panthenol, niacinamide and ceramide NP. It is fragrance-free, vegan-certified and non-comedogenic, and positioned for reactive and compromised skin.
The serum is built around the range's 3-4-5 framework, which groups its ingredients into three tiers. The "3" covers blemish-care actives, resveratrol, tannic acid and niacinamide, delivered through a triple-liposome system that encapsulates ingredients separately. The "4" covers nourishing ingredients including beta-glucan, hydrolysed hyaluronic acid, ceramide NP and a rice-derived PDRN. The "5" covers soothing ingredients including tea tree leaf water, green tea water, madecassoside and centella asiatica extract.
The serum is clinically tested for low irritation, non-comedogenicity, hydration and improved skin clarity. It joins the existing 345 Relief line-up, which includes the brand's viral 345 Relief Cream as well as a Cream Mist and Cream Mask.
Dr.Althea is a premium Korean skincare brand known for soothing, minimalist formulations for sensitive and blemish-prone skin, and built much of its following on the 345 Relief Cream.
The 345 Relief Serum is priced at £19 for 30ml and launched on 20 July, exclusively at Sephora UK.
