Miamo Tri-Retinoid Surge Resurfacing Serum
Miamo has introduced Tri-Retinoid Surge Resurfacing Serum, a night treatment combining retinol, retinal and hydroxypinacolone retinoate in a single formula. The serum is designed to address the appearance of wrinkles, uneven tone, imperfections and loss of firmness, with a focus on balancing visible results with skin tolerance.
The formula centres on the brand’s Tri-Retinoid Multi-Level System, which pairs slow-release liposomal retinol with retinal encapsulated in vegan nanovesicles and hydroxypinacolone retinoate, commonly known as HPR. The delivery technologies are intended to improve stability and control how the retinoids are delivered to the skin. Alongside the three forms of vitamin A, the serum contains ectoin to help maintain hydration, bisabolol and ginger extract for their soothing properties, and tocopherol, or vitamin E. The fragrance-free formula has a lightweight texture and silky finish, and has been dermatologically tested, including on sensitive skin.

Our research focused on developing a multi-level delivery system that harnesses the unique potential of different forms of vitamin A, combined with advanced delivery technologies, to deliver visible skin-renewal benefits while preserving the skin’s natural balance.”
In an independent laboratory study involving 30 women aged 34–60, half of whom had sensitive skin, Miamo reported an 8.77% reduction in wrinkle depth after 56 days. In a separate self-assessment within the same study group, 90% said their skin appeared more even and smoother, while 80% reported that fine lines appeared less visible.
Miamo recommends applying three to four drops to dry skin in the evening, beginning on alternate evenings during the first week and increasing use gradually according to tolerance. Sunscreen is recommended the following morning.
