Sol de Janeiro Intense Perfume Mist Collection
Sol de Janeiro has introduced its Intense Perfume Mist collection, pairing more concentrated interpretations of its Cheirosa fragrances with a new scent, Cheirosa 74.
Inspired by golden hour in Rio de Janeiro, the collection centres on a shared solar amber accord. The formulas are designed to offer greater depth and a more pronounced fragrance trail than the original mists, while retaining the ease of a spray that can be worn alone or layered, delivering up to ten hours of scent, as supported by a sensory study involving ten trained fragrance panellists assessing a single application over 12 hours.
The new Cheirosa 74 combines ripe pineapple and orange flower with the collection’s signature amber base. Its inspiration comes from Arpoador Beach, where people gather to watch and applaud the sunset.
Elsewhere, Cheirosa 62 Intense brings together roasted pistachio and vanilla absolute, while Cheirosa 59 Intense pairs white orchid with creamy sandalwood. Cheirosa 91 Intense, which is set to follow, combines juicy lychee and Rio Pink Rose. Each is anchored by the same solar amber accord.

Brazilian singer and songwriter IZA fronts the accompanying global campaign, Your Endless Summer. Shot on Ipanema Beach, it draws on the Rio setting that inspired the fragrances.
Sol de Janeiro Intense Perfume Mists are priced at £34 for 90ml. Cheirosa 62, 59 and 74 are available now exclusively at Boots, with Cheirosa 91 coming soon. Nationwide availability is planned from early October 2026.
