Procare 247AIR automatic hair foil dispenser

Procare has launched 247AIR, a new automatic hair foil dispenser designed to help colourists improve speed, consistency and control during professional colour services.

Developed for modern salon environments, the new system combines automatic foil dispensing with Airflow Technology and smart app control. The dispenser is designed to separate foil sheets as they dispense, allowing colourists to pick up and place foils more easily while reducing interruptions during busy appointments. The launch marks the next generation of Procare’s 24*7 foil dispensing technology, introduced 20 years after the brand brought its first automatic foil dispenser to the professional hair market.

Through the Procare app, colourists can set bespoke foil lengths, switch between stylist profiles and track foil usage data. This allows salons to tailor foil output to each colour service, from quick root work to full creative colour transformations, while helping reduce unnecessary material waste.

The 247AIR uses dedicated Superwide 120mm foil refills and is available with two refill options: Premium Smooth Foil for everyday colouring work and Procare’s new Dual-Texture Foil for enhanced grip and precision placement. The Dual-Texture Foil features a smooth outer surface for folding and a high-grip inner surface designed to help secure sections, improve placement and support controlled colour application.

The system has been designed to support faster workflow, more consistent foil preparation and improved efficiency across colour teams. It is aimed at professional salons, colour-focused businesses, multi-site salon groups, academies and colourists carrying out high volumes of highlights, balayage, babylights, foilyage and advanced colour services.

The 247AIR is designed and manufactured in the UK. Each unit comes with a one-year warranty and lifetime support from the Procare team. The brand also says its refill rolls now use recyclable cardboard cores, replacing plastic bungs as part of its work to reduce salon plastic waste.

Procare 247AIR is available through Procare retailers, with Pro Styling UK listing the dispenser at £390 including taxes. Foil refill rolls are sold separately.
