LYMA Power Skincare system

LYMA has launched Power Skincare, a new two-step skincare system developed in collaboration with plastic surgeons, geneticists and longevity scientists. The launch marks the next chapter for the British longevity and anti-ageing brand behind the LYMA Laser, expanding its skin health portfolio with a coordinated serum and cream system designed to address multiple visible mechanisms of skin ageing at once.

LYMA Power Skincare has been structured around five key mechanisms of visible skin ageing: dehydration, barrier breakdown, oxidative stress, microbiome disruption and loss of structural integrity. Rather than treating these concerns in isolation, the system has been developed to work across all five simultaneously.

At the heart of the range is LYMA’s proprietary Genolytic™ technology, described by the brand as a multi-pathway formulation architecture designed to support hydration, barrier function, oxidative defence, microbiome balance and visible structural resilience.

The range launches with two hero products: Power Youth Serum and Power Youth Cream. Both are designed to be used together as a complete skincare system. Power Youth Serum is a multi-pathway hyaluronic serum formulated with next-generation hyaluronic systems, a dual-peptide complex, microalgae-derived exosome-inspired technology, probiotic proteins and oxidative protection. It is designed to deliver intense plumping, hydration and visible smoothing. Power Youth Cream is a rich anti-ageing cream formulated with a patented combination of actives, including bakuchiol, ergothioneine, SNAP-8 peptide, L22® bio-mimetic lipids at 3%, multi-weight hyaluronic acids and expression-line peptides. The cream is positioned around firming, super-hydration, smoothness and visible renewal.

The Power Youth Cream contains an active concentration of more than 60%, with eight patented actives selected for distinct functional roles within the formulation. In an independent clinical study of 30 women aged 35 to 65, using the serum and cream together increased skin hydration by up to 71% over 28 days, measured by Corneometer. The average hydration increase was 31.8%, with 97% of women showing improvement. The same study found that the serum and cream together improved the skin barrier by up to 49.7% over 28 days, measured through trans-epidermal water loss using a Tewameter. Average TEWL reduction was 19.7%, with 97% of women showing improvement. The study also reported improvements in skin elasticity of up to 50.2%, measured by Cutometer, and a reduction in the appearance of redness of up to 44.9%, measured by standardised VISIA-CR imaging under dermatological supervision.

Lucy Goff, founder of LYMA, said: “At LYMA we always challenge what’s possible. These new skincare products are feats of scientific engineering backed by clinical results that completely change what customers can expect from topical skincare.”

Graeme Glass PhD said: “Originated in the operating theatre, LYMA skincare is pure skin science beyond a cosmetic level and the first of its kind to tackle all five mechanisms of skin ageing simultaneously.”

For clinics, spas and advanced skincare retailers, the launch reflects the continued convergence of luxury skincare, longevity science and medical-aesthetic thinking. It also gives professionals a premium at-home system that can sit alongside regenerative skin treatments, device-led protocols and high-performance anti-ageing programmes.

LYMA Power Skincare launches on 10 July 2026.
