Centellian24 Launches in the UK

Korean pharmaceutical skincare brand Centellian24 has launched in the UK, bringing a portfolio spanning barrier repair, PDRN, pigmentation, acne, cleansing and device-led skincare to British consumers for the first time. Developed by Dongkook Pharmaceutical, one of South Korea’s established pharmaceutical companies, Centellian24 combines more than 50 years of dermatological research with the ingredient-led formulations that have helped drive the global expansion of K-beauty.

The initial UK collection is available through Amazon UK and includes the brand’s bestselling Madeca Cream Time Reverse, alongside products from its fast-growing 360 Shot PDRN range, Madeca Mela Capture and Madeca Matcha collections. The brand’s Madeca Cream franchise has now surpassed 100 million units sold worldwide, while the 360 Shot PDRN Lifting Eye Cream ranked number one in Amazon US’s Eye Treatment Creams category during Prime Day 2026. During the US Prime Day event, Centellian24 recorded more than 900% sales growth compared with Prime Day 2025 and an 11-fold increase in orders, while Madeca Cream Time Reverse also reached the top 10 within Amazon’s Face Moisturisers category.

Centellian24 was established in 2015, but its formulation heritage stretches back considerably further. Parent company Dongkook Pharmaceutical launched Madecassol in 1968, a Centella asiatica-based pharmaceutical treatment that became a familiar wound-care product in Korean pharmacies. That expertise subsequently provided the foundation for developing Centella-derived ingredients for cosmetic skincare. At the centre of Centellian24’s skincare is TECA – Titrated Extract of Centella Asiatica, a purified and concentrated form of the botanical better known within beauty as cica.

Centellian24 produces its TECA in-house at Dongkook Pharmaceutical’s Jincheon facility, managing the process from raw material through extraction and purification. The Centella asiatica is put through a seven-stage process, with approximately 2% of purified TECA extracted from every 100kg of plant material. The resulting extract contains active Centella compounds including asiaticoside, asiatic acid and madecassic acid, which are incorporated across the portfolio to support soothing, hydration, barrier function and skin recovery. That pharmaceutical heritage distinguishes Centellian24 within a crowded cica category, positioning the brand at the intersection of Korean pharmacy skincare and the more trend-driven international K-beauty market.

Leading the UK line-up is Madeca Cream Time Reverse, the latest generation of Centellian24’s hero moisturiser. The cream combines TECA components including madecassic acid, asiaticoside and asiatic acid with further Centella asiatica derivatives to support stressed skin, hydration, firmness, elasticity and texture. Madeca Cream has developed into one of South Korea’s major dermocosmetic franchises since its original 2015 launch. Official Dongkook Pharmaceutical figures showed cumulative sales exceeding 91 million units by February 2026, before the brand passed 97 million later in the year and has now announced the 100 million milestone as part of its UK launch. A second version, Madeca Cream Time Reverse Zero, is also available in the UK. The formula combines TECA and Centella asiatica with panthenol, allantoin, Ceramide NP and hyaluronic acid for a lighter daily approach to hydration, barrier support and firmness.

Centellian24’s UK arrival comes as PDRN continues its rapid move from Korean aesthetic medicine into mainstream topical skincare. The brand has developed a substantial PDRN collection combining DNA-derived ingredients with its established TECA technology. The 360 Shot PDRN Active Serum, combines PDRN-related Sodium DNA, TECA and Centella asiatica extract with niacinamide, glutathione and multiple forms of hyaluronic acid. The serum focuses on visible firmness and elasticity while supporting a hydrated, dewy complexion. Its 360 Shot PDRN Lifting Eye Cream, combines TECA with a multi-molecule PDRN complex alongside a triple-retinol system, peptides and plant-derived collagen. The treatment has been developed around multiple eye-area concerns including puffiness, loss of elasticity, hollowness and visible lines.

The UK PDRN edit also includes 360 Shot PDRN Glowing Eye Patch, a hydrogel format combining TECA and 2X PDRN, and Expert Madeca Cream Active Renew PDRN, which pairs PDRN-related Sodium DNA with TECA, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and Ceramide NP.

Dongkook Pharmaceutical’s Centellian24 business surpassed KRW1 trillion in cumulative sales by the end of 2024, with overseas distribution subsequently accelerating across e-commerce and physical retail markets. Centellian24 content has generated more than 140 million views since 2025, including individual viral campaigns exceeding 40 million and 26 million views. The UK arrival now gives the brand access to one of the fastest-growing European markets for Korean skincare, while introducing British consumers to a K-beauty proposition rooted as strongly in pharmaceutical manufacturing and Centella research as it is in current ingredient trends.

Centellian24 is available now in the UK through Amazon UK.
