MAC Cosmetics FaceGlass Hydrating Skin Gloss

M·A·C has launched the FaceGlass Hydrating Skin Gloss, a hybrid face gloss and dewy primer that gives skin a dewy, glass-like finish. Part of the brand's Lustreglass collection, it extends the collection's "glass" theme from lips to skin.

FaceGlass is a lightweight, non-sticky gloss in a single universal crystal-clear shade. It melts into the skin, smooths texture and amplifies shine for a glazed, glass-skin look, and is designed to be worn several ways: alone for a dewy finish, as a glow primer under foundation, on the cheekbones as a liquid highlighter, tapped onto the lids for a glassy sheen, or applied all over including on the body. The formula delivers 24-hour hydration, grips makeup and gives foundation a radiant finish for up to 24 hours, and strengthens the skin barrier, with a breathable feel and no heaviness or greasiness.

FaceGlass sits within M·A·C's Lustreglass collection, which arrived in July and also includes the Stainglass Lip Tint, the Sheer-Shine Lipstick and Lipglazer Glossy Liner shade extensions. The launch taps the viral glass-skin trend, moving the high-shine, glazed aesthetic from lips onto the complexion.

The FaceGlass Hydrating Skin Gloss is priced at £30 for 30ml. It rolled out in stages, launching on TikTok Shop from 1 June, at Cult Beauty from 15 June and into full distribution from 1 July, and is available at maccosmetics.co.uk, Cult Beauty, Sephora, Boots and other stockists.
