L'Oréal Paris has extended the True match range, with the launch of the True Match Hyaluron Tinted Balm, a balm-textured foundation built around an 80% skincare base. The product sits in the skincare-makeup hybrid space, combining the coverage of a foundation with the hydration of a treatment, and is aimed at evolving or mature skin and anyone wanting a lower-maintenance complexion product.

The formula is 80% skincare ingredients, including hyaluronic acid, in a lightweight balm texture that melts onto the skin on contact. The skincare base locks in hydration through the day, which is the basis for the no-caking, no-creasing, no-dryness claim, and the finish is a natural, radiant complexion rather than a heavy matte coverage.
