Irene Forte Skincare Red Algae Resurfacing Body Exfoliator

Irene Forte Skincare has introduced its new Red Algae Resurfacing Body Exfoliator, a dual-action body treatment designed to smooth, soften and renew the skin through both physical and chemical exfoliation.

Inspired by the Mediterranean and the Sicilian coastline, the new formula combines a Marine Exfoliating Complex with a Triple AHA Complex derived from Italian fruits. The treatment is designed to target dryness, dullness, dehydration, uneven skin tone and loss of firmness, while remaining gentle enough for regular use.

At the heart of the formula is Red Algae Extract, included to hydrate, soothe and soften the skin. The Triple AHA Complex features tartaric, citric and malic acids from Italian grapes, lemons and apples to help refine texture and brighten the appearance of the skin. A non-abrasive Marine Exfoliating Complex, made with red algae powder and volcanic pumice stone, physically buffs away dry and dull skin, while encapsulated sea minerals and biomineral clay support the treatment’s purifying and refining action.

According to an independent consumer trial with 60 participants, after one use 98% agreed skin felt instantly smoother, 97% agreed skin felt instantly softer, 93% agreed skin looked more radiant and 97% agreed skin tone appeared more even.

The launch reflects Irene Forte Skincare’s wider positioning around Mediterranean ingredients, sensorial rituals and science-led natural skincare. The brand says it uses locally sourced Mediterranean ingredients, primarily from its organic farm in Sicily, alongside proprietary actives. As part of the launch, 1% of sales from every Red Algae Resurfacing Body Exfoliator will be donated to Sicily Environment Fund, supporting nature and biodiversity across the island and its coastline.

Red Algae Resurfacing Body Exfoliator is priced at £85 for 200ml and is available from Irene Forte Skincare.
