GABIT Smart Ring Launches in the UK

GABIT has officially launched its Smart Ring in the UK, a titanium wearable designed to track health across four pillars simultaneously: fitness, sleep, nutrition and stress.

Weighing 3.1 grams and crafted from lightweight titanium, the ring tracks heart rate, heart rate variability, VO2 max, sleep cycles, stress and activity levels continuously throughout the day and night, all without a screen. Battery life runs between seven and ten days on a full charge, and the ring is water-resistant up to 50 metres. A key differentiator from category competitors is the integration of calorie tracking and nutrition logging directly within the GABIT app, making it the only wearable in the market to combine all four health pillars in a single device. The app also includes a voice-based food logging function. AI-powered insights are delivered via Coach PEP, which translates health data into personalised, actionable recommendations without requiring the user to interpret raw metrics. Over 30 workout modes are included alongside automatic workout detection and period tracking.

GABIT was founded in 2022 by Arpana Shahi and Gaurav Gupta and is headquartered in Gurugram, India, operating as a health tech platform spanning smart rings, nutrition, fitness and skincare. The company has raised $14 million in funding across three rounds. The ring has won Amazon's Best in Tech award and counts Dr Romit Bhattacharya, a cardiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital and instructor in medicine at Harvard Medical School, as its scientific advisor.

The ring is available now at gabit.com, with no monthly subscription fee required.
