Long Lane to open longevity-focused wellness club and Alcohol-free hotel in 2027
Long Lane, a wellness-first private members' club and hotel built around longevity and preventative health, will open in West Sussex in 2027. Set in 55 acres of the South Downs National Park at the historic Dunford House near Midhurst, an hour from London, it positions itself against burnout and alcohol-led socialising, and around measurable, science-led wellbeing.
The longevity model runs through the membership - each member's journey begins with biometric and DNA methylation testing, which forms the basis of a tailored programme spanning nutrition, treatments and movement. Results feed a dedicated app that gives members real-time insights and adjusts their programmes over time. Membership runs from flexible access through to an all-inclusive Longevity Membership covering the full offering.
The clinical and treatment facilities are the core of that offering. The Coach House houses a longevity clinic with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV drips and cryotherapy, alongside contrast therapies, studios and a Hyrox-level gym. The Farm adds an extensive list of manual therapies, a natural swimming pool, cold plunges, forest treatment pods and woodland bathing, plus running and walking tracks and daily wellness rituals.
The 29 guest rooms, 19 biohacked bedrooms in the main house and 10 circadian-aligned forest cabins, are fitted with the Eight Sleep Pod for temperature regulation, air filtration and red light panels to support deep sleep. In place of minibars and televisions, rooms are stocked with collagen shots and IV drips.
Food is built around the same personalised, longevity-led approach. Long Lane will be home to the world's first Precision Nutrition Restaurant, translating members' biometric data into personalised menus based on seasonal, organic and regeneratively farmed produce, supported by a supplement menu tailored to the individual. The site is alcohol-free, with adaptogenic drinks served from an Elixir Bar and onsite Herbal Distillery overseen by Farmacy London, alongside open-fire cooking using wild ingredients from the estate's woodlands and farm.
Long Lane has been founded by childhood friends Harrison Hide and Loui Blake, whose documentation of the project on social media has drawn more than 10 million views and 250,000 followers. The members' club is overseen by Jamie Caring. The interiors, designed with wellness studio Szczepaniak Teh, are toxin-free and biophilic, with phone-free spaces and binaural soundscapes in shared areas, and the club will run a rolling cultural programme of visiting practitioners, talks, sound healing, exhibitions and retreats.
"Long Lane is about living unbound," said co-founder Harrison Hide. "We want to raise the standards of wellness in every element of hospitality, from the food on your plate to the way you sleep."
Long Lane opens in 2027. Rooms start from £350 to £400 a night, and membership ranges from £100 to £500 a month.
