Therabody has appointed beauty journalist Alessandra Steinherr as its first UK beauty ambassador in a 12-month partnership, alongside the launch of four new beauty and wellness devices. The partnership will focus on product testing and education, with Steinherr examining the technology and research behind Therabody’s range and explaining how the devices fit into at-home routines. She has already shared her initial experience of the new Neck & Chest LED device with her Instagram audience.
Steinherr said: “My community knows that I only talk about what I've tested and trust me to say what works and what doesn’t. That’s why I wanted to work with a brand that starts with the evidence. Therabody is giving me the space to do exactly that, with the science alongside.”
The launches extend Therabody’s offering across microcurrent, LED light therapy, heat and massage, with products for the face, neck, chest and upper back.
The SkinSpa System comes in three configurations. SkinSpa CryoCurrent combines microcurrent with cold therapy to visibly lift, firm and contour the skin. SkinSpa ThermLED introduces yellow light to the range alongside red, red plus infrared and blue light, with heat and vibration massage also included. SkinSpa PRO brings these functions together in one system.
Neck & Chest LED extends the beauty range beyond the face, using a curved design to provide coverage from the jawline to the chest. It combines LED light therapy with vibration and optional heat to reduce the appearance of fine lines and improve skin radiance.
The single-use CryoCurrent results were assessed in 112 participants following a 15-minute treatment administered by a licensed aesthetician. A separate 12-week study of Neck & Chest LED involved 66 participants following a daily, pre-programmed nine-minute treatment.
The two wellness launches focus on muscular tension. ThermFace Massage combines percussive therapy and heat for the jaw, face and neck, with four attachments designed for facial muscles.
ThermNeck & Upper Back is a wearable device combining two built-in Theraguns with kneading massage, heat, far-infrared heat and near-infrared LED light therapy.
Monty Sharma, chief executive of Therabody, said: “This collection reflects how people increasingly approach beauty, wellness and recovery as part of the same daily routine. By combining science-backed technologies with intuitive, personalised experiences, we are making professional-grade care more attainable at home.”
All SkinSpa configurations connect to the My SkinSpa section of the Therabody app, which creates routines based on individual skincare goals. ThermFace Massage also offers app-based video routines for jaw and facial discomfort. The collection launched on 20 October 2026 through Therabody’s website and selected retail partners, including Harrods, Selfridges, Healf, Space NK, John Lewis, Currys, Boots and Brown Thomas.
Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch has unveiled its spa and wellness offering ahead of its planned autumn 2026 opening, with OSKIA appointed as the hotel and residences’ exclusive skincare and treatment partner.
