Pop star Sabrina Carpenter is continuing her push into the prestige fragrance market with the UK launch of Sweet Tooth Lemon Pie. This latest addition to her award-winning Sweet Tooth portfolio aims to redefine celebrity scents for a new generation by blending nostalgia with sophisticated gourmand profiles.
The new Eau de Parfum marks a strategic pivot for the brand as it moves toward more complex, "grown up" edible notes reflecting a broader trend where gourmand fragrances are maturing beyond simple sweetness into indulgent yet elevated experiences.
According to Tracy Moores, Founder and CEO of Glorious Brands, the appeal of gourmand scents has shifted significantly in recent years, "Gourmands have truly evolved. They are no longer sugar-sweet and playful—they have become grown up, confident and very sophisticated fragrances," Moores noted. She explained that modern consumers are looking for "creamy notes layered with woods, amber and a touch of salt to create something indulgent yet elevated".
Developed in collaboration with perfumer Gil Clavien, Lemon Pie is designed to evoke the aroma of a freshly baked treat while maintaining a wearable, luxurious quality. The fragrance is classified as an Amber Citrus Gourmand.

Top Notes: A citrus triple threat of Candied Lemon, Italian Bergamot, and Sugar Crystals.
Heart Notes: A "floral cocktail" featuring Limoncello, Meringue, and Condensed Milk.
Base Notes: A rich foundation of Graham Cracker Crust, Vanilla Whipped Cream, and Tonka Bean.
The product is housed in the signature chocolate bar-shaped bottle, finished in a sunny pastel hue to reflect its "playful, sunny personality".
The launch follows a successful international expansion strategy led by Scent Beauty, which recently began direct-to-consumer shipping to the UK and European Union. The collection's success is attributed to a distribution model that combines discovery with "social-first retail," making the products feel both aspirational and accessible as gifts.
