Obagi has expanded its Nu-Cil portfolio into scalp care with BioStim Scalp Serum, a daily leave-on designed to reset an imbalanced scalp and fortify follicles for visibly denser, fuller hair. The formula leans on a BioStim complex of biotin, amino acids and signal peptides, supported by a roster of 18 hair nutrients that includes caffeine, niacinamide, panthenol, ginseng and pumpkin seed extract. Obagi reports improvements in hair volume by 52 percent, along with measured reductions in scalp redness by 29 percent and oiliness by 22 percent in under six months.
