Medik8 Exo-PDRN Prismatic+ Professional Concentrate

Medik8 has added the Exo-PDRN Prismatic+ Pro Concentrate to its professional portfolio, a clinic-only formulation developed specifically for use during and immediately after microneedling treatments.

The Pro Concentrate combines four key actives. Prismatic PDRN, a vegan-derived DNA complex with a stable tetrahedral structure, supports skin recovery and helps reduce post-treatment redness. A Triple Exosome Complex supports the skin's signalling processes associated with resilience and barrier recovery. Expression Line MiniProtein, a biomimetic protein, targets dynamic expression lines, while GF MiniProtein, a growth factor-inspired microprotein, works on skin structure and refinement over time. The formulation is applied during the microneedling procedure and immediately afterwards, with continued use recommended for short-term post-treatment support.

Independent clinical testing on 25 volunteers over four weeks using a split-face method, measuring results against microneedling alone, produced significant uplift across all key skin markers. The combination delivered 8.2 times greater visible wrinkle reduction, 7.5 times boosted visible firmness, 5.3 times boosted visible elasticity, 3.6 times greater barrier support, 2.6 times enhanced visible brightening and 2.1 times improvement in skin texture.
