iS Clinical Daily Dynamic Hydrator

iS Clinical has unveiled Daily Dynamic Hydrator, a high performance, multitasking moisturiser designed to simplify routines without skimping on results. The brand positions the formula as a single step that hydrates, defends and renews, intended for daily use by all skin types, including sensitive or compromised skin. The texture is backed by iS Clinical’s GeneXC Technology, a platform built around extremozymes derived from hardy plants such as Haberlea rhodopensis and Selaginella lepidophylla, selected for their ability to support DNA protection and cellular resilience.

What sets this launch apart is the amount of bench science sitting behind it. In a 3D human skin model, researchers assessed the formula’s GeneXC emulsion 24 hours after application using mRNA sequencing on Illumina’s NextSeq 550Dx, then ran bioinformatics analysis to understand which pathways switched on or calmed down. The emulsion influenced the expression of 5,220 genes in total, with 2,628 upregulated and 2,592 downregulated, indicating activity across barrier function, hydration and repair. Hydration and barrier associated genes such as IVL and GBA trended up, antioxidant genes showed strong increases and multiple wound healing genes rose by as much as seventeen fold, according to the summary of results.

GeneXC Technology leads, supported by peptide complexes and a vitamin C system that pairs lipid soluble tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate with free L-ascorbic acid and amino acids to promote collagen synthesis and brightness. Plankton derived exosomes and clinical grade peptides are included for renewal and firmness, while a vitamin B5 plus ATP complex aims to restore energy in skin that looks tired or easily irritated. The result is a moisturiser that promises instant comfort while working on barrier strength and fine texture over time.
