HydroPeptide Medical+ Collection

HydroPeptide has unveiled the Medical+ Collection, a clinic-only line that pairs luxury textures with lab-level peptide science for patients on an aesthetic journey. The range is positioned for healthcare professionals and launches with hero formulas built around two proprietary platforms, Nimni Technology and Micellular CellRenew-16, both created to improve collagen health and target visible ageing while maintaining skin comfort.

At the core is ReActivate Rx Serum, a concentrate designed to smooth fine lines, restore firmness, refine tone and texture, and calm redness. The serum stacks several technologies to optimise cellular behaviour. Nimni Technology supplies essential amino acids and antioxidants that support collagen synthesis and protect existing fibres. Micellular CellRenew-16 encapsulates a signalling peptide to enhance penetration and hydrate while encouraging collagen gene expression. When used together, HydroPeptide reports synergistic activity across extracellular matrix pathways. In model systems, the duo increased markers linked to collagen formation, crosslinking, fibril assembly and elastin fibre formation, indicating support for structure and resilience. These findings come from ex vivo human skin punch biopsies and short-term gene expression studies, which are not the same as long clinical outcome trials, but they do suggest a focused mechanism of action.

The brand’s peptide story is deliberately comprehensive. HydroPeptide cites more than 65 peptide complexes used at clinical levels and designed with penetration enhancers for targeted delivery. In Medical+, that thinking extends beyond collagen to barrier integrity, pigmentation and hydration. The serum is supported by cell-targeted actives such as an NAD+ precursor, nicotinamide mononucleotide, to nudge SIRT1 activity and reduce inflammation, a stable vitamin C derivative to brighten and defend against oxidative stress, and a copper amino acid complex to reinforce elasticity. The aim is healthier skin that tolerates procedures and recovers well, with visible gains in smoothness and luminosity.

ReActivate PM Moisturizer joins the serum as a pro-collagen night treatment. It layers time-release retinol at 0.25 percent with biomimetic peptides and vitamin C to encourage overnight renewal. Early user data reported improvements in fine lines, pores and overall radiance, aligning with the collection’s message of results that patients can see and feel while textures remain elegant and unscented. For brightening protocols, HydroPeptide has also created Vibrant-C Rx, a vitamin C “super set” reserved for the medical aesthetic channel, designed to slot into treatment plans where tone and clarity are priorities.

HydroPeptide frames Medical+ as a bridge between regenerative science and a polished patient experience. The company’s medical director, Lauren Jamieson, MD, calls the line “the next evolution in clinical skincare, bridging powerful, peptide driven science with the results providers and patients demand,” while aesthetic nurse educator Anna Baker highlights formulas that are “intentional, effective, and grounded in science,” built to support real-world concerns and outcomes.

The range is available now from HydroPeptide.
