Tower 28 Swipe Serum Foundation

Tower 28 Beauty is expanding into foundation with Swipe Serum Foundation, a 36-shade launch that brings its focus on sensitive skin to a broader complexion offering. Arriving in the UK this September, the release marks the brand’s biggest global product launch to date, with distribution through retail partners including Sephora and MECCA.

Building on its existing Swipe Serum Concealer, the new foundation pairs medium, buildable coverage with a lightweight serum texture and a natural, second-skin finish. The silicone-free formula is designed to offer up to 16 hours of wear, with an emphasis on comfortable coverage for sensitive and acne-prone skin.

Skincare ingredients account for 82% of the formula, which includes Portulaca Oleracea Extract, fermented oat and Lactobacillus Ferment. Together, these ingredients have been selected to help soothe and hydrate skin and support its barrier, extending the brand’s skincare approach into an everyday base product.

The non-comedogenic, non-acnegenic foundation has also received the US National Eczema Association’s Seal of Acceptance, a significant addition to its positioning within the sensitive-skin makeup category. With 36 shades available from launch, Swipe Serum Foundation gives customers of the existing concealer a complementary all-over base, while introducing the brand’s approach to those looking for greater coverage within a lightweight formula.
