Evolus Estyme Injectable HA Gel Collection
Evolus has launched Estyme, its injectable hyaluronic acid gel collection, in Europe, marking the company’s formal entry into the international dermal filler market.
The collection includes four injectable HA gels: Estyme Smooth, Estyme Form, Estyme Lips and Estyme Sculpt. Together, the range has been developed to cover key aesthetic indications including nasolabial folds, perioral lines, lips and mid-face volume.
Until now, the company’s international aesthetics presence has been built primarily around Nuceiva, its botulinum toxin type A product, which began launching internationally in 2022. Estyme gives the business a second commercial aesthetics category in Europe and moves it closer to the combined toxin and filler portfolio model already used by several major injectable companies.
The line has been developed by Symatese, the French medical technology company behind Cold-X technology. The process is designed to preserve the natural structure of the hyaluronic acid molecule during cross-linking, with the aim of supporting natural-looking correction, tissue integration and longevity. In a filler market where differentiation is often built around rheology, softness, projection and integration, the technology story is central to how Estyme is being positioned.
Developed for restoring mid-face volume, it is being commercially introduced in Europe ahead of anticipated US FDA approval under the Evolysse brand later this year. Its European debut gives practitioners early access to Evolus’ flagship volumising product and places the range directly into one of the most commercially important areas of aesthetic medicine.
Estyme Smooth is indicated for nasolabial folds and perioral lines. Estyme Form is indicated for nasolabial folds. Estyme Lips is designed to correct the volume and shape of the lips. Estyme Sculpt is indicated for restoring cheek volume loss.
The launch follows CE Mark certification under the European Medical Device Regulation, which Evolus says validates the safety, efficacy and quality of the Estyme collection. For clinicians, that regulatory milestone matters because the European dermal filler category is moving into a more scrutinised phase, with greater emphasis on device classification, evidence, manufacturing standards and responsible market entry.
Estyme is now commercially available in Europe through Evolus.
