Health Optimisation Summit to Return for 6th Edition 11–13 September 2026

The Health Optimisation Summit will return to London for its sixth edition this autumn, following a sold-out run in 2025.

The three-day event takes place at the Business Design Centre on Upper Street in Islington from 11 to 13 September, expecting to draw from a community of more than 4,000 attendees across the wellness, longevity and health science sectors, with VIP, general admission and concessional tickets available through the summit website.

This year's edition introduces a dedicated Business Networking Day capped at 500 attendees and aimed at founders, investors, practitioners and industry leaders. The programme will run keynotes on health innovation, longevity science and the wider wellness economy, alongside curated networking mixers.

The split between the public-facing summit and a separate business-only day reflects how quickly the longevity-adjacent end of wellness has matured into a commercial sector in its own right, with retail, supplements and device-led aesthetics increasingly drawing demand from consumers who follow tracking, testing and clinical-grade product trends.

Confirmed speakers for the 2026 edition include biohacker Ben Greenfield, founder Tim Gray, psychiatrist and trauma specialist Dr Judith Joseph, and menopause specialist Dr Louise Newson. The wider programme will cover nutrition, fitness, mental health, biohacking and longevity, and run alongside an exhibition floor of health technology, recovery tools and performance innovations. Power Plate is confirmed as main sponsor.

Tim Gray, founder of the summit and a long-standing figure in the UK biohacking community, said the response to the 2025 sold-out edition had set the tone for this year. "We are thrilled to announce the return of the Health Optimisation Summit for its sixth year. Following a completely sold-out event last year, the momentum behind the movement has never been stronger and we are more committed than ever to creating a world-class platform for knowledge exchange, inspiration and empowerment in health and wellness," he said.

Gray added that the summit had grown beyond a single event. "The Health Optimisation Summit is not just a three-day event, it's a movement. Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and unlock their full potential.”

The London summit sits within a growing international programme. The brand made its US debut in Austin, Texas last year and is set to return there from 2 to 4 April 2027. It also runs an annual retreat in Corfu, pitched at a smaller audience and built around personalised protocols and immersive programming.
