AlumierMD unveils new packaging system
AlumierMD has unveiled a brand-wide packaging refresh, updating its professional skincare portfolio with a cleaner, more cohesive design intended to make product selection and recommendation more intuitive. Rather than focusing solely on aesthetics, the redesign puts education at the centre of the packaging, with clearer front-of-pack messaging designed to answer three questions immediately: what the product is, what it does and who it is for.
The move responds to the increasingly hybrid way consumers discover and purchase professional skincare, with recommendations now taking place across the treatment room, clinic website, social media and e-commerce. More prominent and consistent terminology across the range is intended to help practitioners identify appropriate products more quickly during consultations, while giving patients greater confidence when navigating the collection independently or repurchasing products online.
The redesigned packaging introduces clearly defined product categories alongside refined embellishments, updated sleeves and a more consistent visual hierarchy. Product names remain prominent, but are now supported by straightforward descriptors communicating the product type and principal function. For example, the refreshed Gentle Foaming Cleanser is identified as a Soothing Facial Cleansing Foam, while Bright & Clear Solution is labelled as an Exfoliating Facial Solution with Lactic & Salicylic Acid. The updated moisturiser packaging similarly distinguishes between products such as HydraDew and HydraRich through clearer benefit-led descriptions. The result is designed to create a more cohesive system across the portfolio while retaining the professional and science-led positioning at the centre of the brand.
The refresh reflects the particular role packaging plays within professionally dispensed skincare, where products often need to communicate effectively to both the practitioner making the initial recommendation and the patient continuing the routine at home. By making benefits, categories and intended use more immediately visible, the new system is designed to support faster in-clinic recommendations and reduce uncertainty when patients return to purchase or replenish products independently.
Giselle DiSanto, AlumierMD Chief Brand & Innovation Officer, said:
“Our packaging has evolved to create a more modern, elevated experience across the AlumierMD collection. This refresh reinforces trust by clearly communicating product purpose and formulation intent, helping build confidence at the point of recommendation and repurchase. It creates a more intuitive experience across every touchpoint and strengthens our brand presence and performance to support growth, performance, and consistency in 2026 and beyond.”
The packaging update arrives in AlumierMD’s tenth year. Established in 2016 by an international team spanning science, medicine and aesthetics, the professionally dispensed skincare brand was developed around high-performance formulations combining advanced peptide technology, delivery systems and ingredients selected to support longer-term skin health. Its approach connects professional treatments with prescribed homecare, positioning daily skincare as a continuation of the results-driven work carried out within clinic.
The first products to adopt the new identity include AlumierMD Collections, Cleansers, Moisturisers and Bright & Clear, with the wider portfolio transitioning to the refreshed packaging from the end of August 2026.
