DermaFocus expands into UAE and Australia as global regenerative aesthetics strategy accelerates
UK-based regenerative aesthetics company DermaFocus is expanding into the UAE and Australia, taking its professional product portfolio and practitioner education model into two new international markets. The move follows sustained growth across the UK and Ireland and represents the first phase of a broader global expansion strategy, with further territories planned as DermaFocus develops its international presence. Healthcare professionals in the UAE and Australia will gain access to selected products from the company’s regenerative aesthetics portfolio alongside clinical education, training and practitioner support.
The two launches will initially focus on different areas of regenerative aesthetics. In the UAE, DermaFocus will introduce Mastelli’s Plinest Polynucleotides HPT range, while its entry into Australia will centre on Dermoaroma’s Purasomes secretome-based technology. The expansion comes as regenerative aesthetics continues to develop beyond conventional approaches to correction and volume replacement, with greater focus on treatments designed around skin quality, tissue health and progressive rather than immediate transformation.
Plinest polynucleotides launch in the UAE
The UAE launch will introduce practitioners to Plinest Polynucleotides HPT, the injectable regenerative medicine portfolio manufactured by Italian pharmaceutical company Mastelli and distributed by DermaFocus in the UK and Ireland. The range uses Mastelli’s proprietary Polynucleotides High Purification Technology, producing highly purified DNA fragments derived from trout gonads rather than salmon.
Plinest was first registered as a medical device for intradermal injection in 2005, giving Mastelli more than two decades of experience within the polynucleotide category. The portfolio includes Plinest, Plinest Eye, Plinest Hair and Newest, allowing practitioners to address different areas and indications across the face, body, periorbital region and scalp. Newest combines polynucleotides with hyaluronic acid, while the wider Plinest range is built around a regenerative approach that supports the skin’s natural repair processes rather than primarily adding volume.
DermaFocus has developed a substantial professional education programme around the category in the UK, ranging from introductory and advanced polynucleotide training to specialist masterclasses covering indications including the periorbital area and regenerative hair treatments. Its academy also restricts polynucleotide courses to appropriately qualified medical professionals.
Purasomes enters the Australian market
In Australia, DermaFocus will launch Purasomes, Dermoaroma’s professional secretome-based range for skin and scalp treatments. The portfolio combines 20 billion colostrum-derived exosomes with 20 functional growth factors through Dermoaroma’s AMPLEX Plus technology, alongside additional actives tailored to different treatment indications.
Three professional formulations sit within the core range; Purasomes NC150+ Skin Nutri Complex has been developed for mature, dry, distressed and photo-damaged skin, combining the exosome and growth-factor complex with PDRN, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, peptides, vitamins and other supporting ingredients. Purasomes SGC100+ Skin Glow Complex focuses on dullness, uneven pigmentation and radiance, combining 20 billion exosomes and 20 functional factors with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, vitamin C derivatives and pomegranate-derived stem-cell technology. Completing the professional portfolio is Purasomes HSC50+ Hair & Scalp Complex, developed specifically for hair and scalp protocols. Purasomes can be incorporated into microneedling protocols as a standalone treatment or used alongside other aesthetic procedures, including energy-based treatments.
DermaFocus’s existing Purasomes education programme combines exosome science with practical microneedling training, covering patient selection, treatment planning and the integration of the products into existing regenerative protocols.
Building an international regenerative aesthetics business
Milad Bemana, Co-Founder and Executive Director of DermaFocus, said:
“We’re delighted to be growing our global presence with expansion into the UAE and Australian markets and we’re looking forward to establishing long-term partnerships with practitioners in these sophisticated and forward-thinking markets. This exciting new chapter in DermaFocus’ history builds on the sustained success we’ve experienced in the UK and Irish markets and will give practitioners in both new regions access to some of the most advanced and long-standing expertise in regenerative aesthetic medicine science.”
Founded in 2020, DermaFocus has grown around a model combining specialist regenerative aesthetics distribution with practitioner training and clinical support. More than 7,000 practitioners have now been trained through the company, with its education programme spanning hands-on training days, advanced courses, masterclasses and webinars led by experienced aesthetic practitioners. Its UK portfolio has also broadened beyond polynucleotides. Alongside Plinest, Newest and Purasomes, DermaFocus moved into proprietary product development in March 2026 with the launch of Celora Vita, its first own-brand injectable. The launch marked the company’s transition from solely acting as a strategic distributor towards becoming a product owner and regenerative aesthetics category developer.
Celora Vita introduces what DermaFocus describes as a biorestoration approach, using nine amino acids alongside low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid to provide substrates involved in extracellular matrix renewal and support the dermal environment. The move into Dubai and Sydney therefore represents a broader evolution for DermaFocus: from a UK-focused specialist distributor into an increasingly international regenerative aesthetics company spanning polynucleotides, secretome technologies, practitioner education and proprietary product development.
The UAE and Australian launches are the first stage of DermaFocus’s wider international growth strategy, with further market expansion planned.
