Dr Idriss Launches in the UK
Renowned dermatologist Dr. Shereene Idriss, widely known as the "#PillowtalkDerm" on social media, has officially launched her skincare brand, Dr. Idriss, in the UK. Dr. Idriss, who has amassed a global community of over 3 million+ followers across her social media that are referred to as ’Skin Nerds’, introduces her line with the goal of simplifying skincare routines using clinically proven, effective solutions.
The first product in the Dr. Idriss range is the Major Fade 3-Step Solution, a system developed to target stubborn hyperpigmentation, particularly melasma, a condition Dr. Idriss has personally experienced. This trio of products—designed to exfoliate, treat, and prevent discoloration—addresses a common issue that many brightening products fail to resolve. Dr. Idriss emphasizes that the system is free from marketing hype, fearmongering, and unnecessary claims, delivering real, noticeable results without the need for a medical prescription.
Major Fade marks the beginning of Dr. Idriss’ mission to educate her audience on skincare, debunk myths, and empower consumers to take control of their skin health.
As Dr. Idriss notes: “You can have all the lines and wrinkles in the world, but if your skin tone is bright and even, other skin issues are less noticeable.” Her approach to skincare is rooted in her experience as a dermatologist and her dedication to simplifying routines and providing transparent, science-backed solutions.
The range will be available for UK customers starting September 17, 2024, exclusively at DrIdriss.com.
