Cécred Launches into Space NK
Beyoncé Knowles-Carter’s haircare brand Cécred has launched in 90 Space NK stores across the UK and Ireland, marking its first international retail partnership. The exclusive partnership began on 22 September 2026, with the range also available through Space NK’s website. It follows Cécred’s US retail debut at Ulta Beauty in April 2025.
“Expanding into the UK, our second-largest market following the US, is a powerful testament to the connection we’ve built with the community and the growing opportunity for high-performance, transformative haircare here,” said Grace Ray, chief executive at Cécred. “Partnering with Space NK, a retailer that shares our vision for innovation and shifting the narrative in haircare, allows us to bring Cécred to new and existing customers in a best-in-class retail environment, marking a milestone moment as we take this next step in our global growth.”
The launch brings Cécred’s Foundation, Protection, Restoring and Styling Collections to Space NK, with prices ranging from £15 to £53. Products include the Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner, Heat Activated Silk Glaze and Restoring Hair & Edge Drops.
The assortment also includes Temple Oud Hair Perfume, which turns the signature fragrance used across the brand’s Foundation and Styling Collections into a dedicated hair scent.
Emma Simpson-Scott, chief executive at Space NK, said: “Launching Cécred exclusively at Space NK emphasises our commitment to bring the world’s most in demand brands and icons of the future to UK customers. We are excited to partner with Cécred for their much-anticipated launch, bringing the 'brand formulated for everyone' to our stores across the country and SpaceNK.com. We know our customers will be delighted to test, try and buy the brand and discover their own Cécred routine”.
The expansion also includes support for professional education. Cécred and BeyGOOD are supporting Athena Aesthetics & Beauty Academy in Birmingham with funding towards student fees, professional tools, learning resources and enrichment opportunities.
The academy is one of ten institutions selected for the Cécred x BeyGOOD Fund’s 2026 programme, which allocates $25,000 to each school for scholarships and education-related costs. This year marks the fund’s first expansion into the UK.
Cécred launched in February 2024 with its Foundation Collection, developing products for different hair types and textures. Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles, serves as vice chairwoman, drawing on her experience as a hairstylist and salon owner.
Space NK opened its first store in London’s Covent Garden in 1993 and has since expanded across the UK and Ireland, specialising in skincare, cosmetics, fragrance and haircare. Ulta Beauty acquired the retailer in July 2025, placing Cécred’s US and UK retail partners within the same group.
