FACEGYM Launches UK Franchise Model with 28-Site Three-Year Growth Plan
FACEGYM has confirmed the launch of a UK franchise model, with four new studios opening by the end of June 2026 and a wider plan to roll out 28 new sites across the country over the next three years.
The four initial studios will open in Grand Arcade, Cambridge; George Street, Richmond; Broadgate, Liverpool Street; and King Street, Manchester. The Cambridge site marks the brand's first studio outside London and will operate as a nine-chair studio.
The franchise model is designed to give experienced multi-site operators the ability to deliver FACEGYM's in-studio treatments while the brand retains control of the methodology, product range and client experience. The 28-site plan forms the foundation of what the brand describes as a wider international expansion strategy.
Angelo Castello, chief executive of FACEGYM, said the move marked a step change for the brand. "This marks a significant milestone in FACEGYM's evolution as we move into a new phase of scalable growth through franchising. We have built a brand that sits at the intersection of beauty, fitness and results-driven skincare, and this model allows us to bring that experience to more clients across the UK," he said.
Castello added that the calibre of franchise partners would determine the success of the rollout. "What's critical for us is partnering with operators who not only bring strong knowledge of the local market, but who truly understand and believe in the FACEGYM methodology. The calibre of partners we are launching with reflects that ambition, and we see this as just the beginning of a much larger global expansion," he said.
The four launch sites are operated by partners with established multi-site franchise experience across food and beverage, telecoms and retail.
Cambridge is being run by Today Forever, a new health and wellness franchise business led by Zahrabibi Kachra, chief executive of Champion Brands, which operates multiple franchise brands across food and beverage. George Martin joins as operations director.
Richmond will be owned and operated by James Culley-Harris, founder and managing director of risk and compliance consultancy JCH Partnered Solutions, alongside his husband, also named James, who will lead marketing, customer engagement and local brand execution. The pair became customers of FACEGYM before identifying the opportunity to bring a studio to their local area.
Manchester is being delivered by entrepreneurs Minesh and Hoosein. Minesh previously scaled an EE franchise to 12 stores over 11 years, while Hoosein built and exited a 13-site Costa Coffee portfolio and has worked in regional franchise finance.
Liverpool Street sits with Acca Group, a multi-site franchising and property development business founded in 2001, with over 100 sites across brands including Costa Coffee, Pizza Hut, IWG and Townhouse. Jora Sohal, the group's head of retail services, is leading the FACEGYM partnership as Acca Group expands into health and wellness retail.
The move places FACEGYM into one of the more closely-watched expansion stories in the UK aesthetics-adjacent sector. The brand, founded by Inge Theron, has built its proposition around facial workouts delivered by trained "trainers" rather than therapists, and has used that distinction to position itself as a fitness business as much as a beauty one.
