SEEN Photography Exhibition by Jack Eames to open in London in support of Haircuts4Homeless

A new photography exhibition documenting the work of Haircuts4Homeless is due to open in London this month, bringing the charity’s outreach work into a gallery setting while raising funds for its ongoing services across the UK. SEEN by Jack Eames will run at Coningsby Gallery from 13 to 16 April, with proceeds and partner contributions going directly towards the charity’s work with people experiencing homelessness.

The exhibition has been created by hair and beauty photographer and director Jack Eames, who has spent the past seven years documenting Haircuts4Homeless sessions around the country. Founded by Stewart Roberts MBE in 2014, the charity organises volunteer hairdressers and barbers to provide free haircuts for people experiencing homelessness and now delivers more than 12,000 cuts a year across 56 projects in the UK.

The exhibition focuses on the social value of hairdressing beyond appearance alone. The images centre on the people behind the service, capturing moments of trust, care and personal restoration during haircut sessions which are both a practical service and a point of human contact for people facing housing insecurity.

The exhibition is supported by Capture One, Jack Eames’ long-term professional software partner, and forms part of a broader effort to widen awareness of Haircuts4Homeless within the creative and beauty industries.

SEEN by Jack Eames will be on display at Coningsby Gallery from 12 - 4PM everyday on April 14 - 16, 2026. Admission is free. Register to visit here.
