Natura Bissé appoints UK and Ireland spa distribution partner

Natura Bissé has appointed Exclusive Beauty Ltd as its new spa distribution partner for the UK and Ireland, in a move designed to strengthen the Barcelona luxury skincare brand's support for hotel spas and day spas across both markets.

Under the partnership, Exclusive Beauty will provide local expertise, hands-on support, education, service and distribution infrastructure for the brand's spa partners. The appointment is positioned as a strategic step that gives Natura Bissé a more localised professional distribution structure in the two markets.

The partnership is led on the Exclusive Beauty side by managing director Debbie Codron Merdjan, who brings operational knowledge of the spa sector alongside experience in spa consultancy, education and distribution. Natura Bissé's online business and e-commerce platform will continue to be managed directly by the corporate team in Barcelona, which means the new arrangement is focused on professional spa distribution rather than consumer e-commerce.

The appointment also connects to Natura Bissé's wider professional spa positioning, particularly its Essential Shock (R)Evolution range and the 3D Collagen (R)Evolution Facial, both developed for skin affected by hormonal change, menopause-related collagen depletion, and loss of firmness, density and elasticity.

Luxury hotel spas are increasingly looking for brands that can supply not only product but training, treatment protocols, therapist education and business support, and a dedicated local distribution partner is geared towards exactly that.
