OSMO Guardian Angel range repair mask
OSMO has expanded its bestselling Guardian Angel range with the launch of Guardian Angel Mask, a new lightweight treatment designed to repair, condition and smooth dry, frizz-prone hair. The launch takes the Guardian Angel franchise beyond styling for the first time, complementing the original anti-humidity spray with a deeper conditioning step for clients experiencing dryness, damage, static and loss of manageability. The new mask has been formulated to deliver intensive conditioning without leaving the hair heavy, forming an invisible protective “halo” around individual strands to help seal in smoothness and improve the appearance and feel of damaged hair.
At the centre of Guardian Angel Mask is squalane, incorporated to soften the hair and support its moisture balance. It is paired with glycerin, a humectant that attracts and retains moisture, alongside sunflower seed oil and grape seed oil to nourish and condition the lengths. A combination of additional conditioning agents helps smooth the surface of the hair, improve slip and make strands easier to detangle and style. The complete formulation also includes conditioning ingredients including behentrimonium methosulfate, Quaternium-87 and Polyquaternium-55, alongside the moisturising and emollient components. The result is designed to provide the benefits of a richer repair treatment while maintaining a soft, lightweight finish, making it suitable both as an in-salon conditioning service and for ongoing home maintenance.
The new mask extends one of OSMO’s most successful recent product launches. The original Guardian Angel Anti-Humidity Spray creates an invisible, water-resistant veil over the hair to help prevent humidity from disrupting a finished style, while also providing heat protection. Its protective effect lasts for up to three to four washes, with the formula activated during blow-drying and designed to leave no heavy or greasy residue. Guardian Angel has subsequently become a bestseller for OSMO.
Alongside the full-size mask, OSMO is introducing Guardian Angel Travel Minis, extending both products into smaller formats for holidays, gym bags and styling on the move.
The expansion comes as the UK-developed professional brand continues to build its care and styling portfolio. OSMO now offers more than 80 colour, care and styling products and is distributed across 67 countries, with formulations developed by its in-house chemists in the UK.
