IMAGE Skincare AGELESS+

IMAGE Skincare has just dropped its AGELESS+ range in the UK, and it’s making a confident play for professionals who’ve grown tired of retinol products that promise a lot and deliver little—often at the cost of skin health. Debuting at Wigmore Presents 2025, the new line is geared towards building skin tolerance without compromise, pairing clinical strength with calming, barrier-supporting ingredients.

Rather than pushing a single hero product, AGELESS+ arrives as a well-considered system. It’s split into two formats—liquids and creams—each offered in graded strengths. There are three concentrations of Pure Liquid Retinol (0.1%, 0.3% and 0.75%), designed to let users move up the ladder without wrecking their barrier in the process. The formulas are lightweight, oil-based, and enriched with a phytonutrient blend that includes sea buckthorn, bisabolol and ginger—ingredients chosen to calm the inflammation usually triggered by retinoids.

Then there are the Crème formulas, which offer a gentler route into the ingredient for those who prefer a cushioned texture. These combine traditional retinoids with bakuchiol, niacinamide, and exfoliating acids like glycolic and lactic. The standout here is the Treatment Crème, which contains a 1.2% retinol complex and is aimed at skin with established tolerance or advanced ageing concerns.

What really distinguishes AGELESS+ is its delivery system. Every product uses the brand’s new XOSM technology—a patent-pending form of exosome-inspired encapsulation that not only improves how well the active is absorbed but also adds a layer of antioxidant protection as it works. The result is retinol that sinks deeper with less irritation, giving skin a smoother ride from first application.

The brand tested its 0.1% Pure Liquid Retinol over 28 days, and the data showed high tolerability: 93% reported softer skin, and 90% said their skin felt smoother without flaking or redness.

By offering different textures, concentrations, and support ingredients, AGELESS+ hands back control to the clinician and client alike. For clinics that want flexibility without compromising on performance, this range could slot seamlessly into both introductory protocols and high-strength, results-driven plans.
