Rubis Extends Tweezer Range
Swiss beauty tool specialist Rubis has expanded its collection with two new versions of its Classic SA slanted tweezers, combining the brand’s precision engineering with statement design details.
The Rubis Tweezers Classic SA Logo Rubis Red Inside, priced at £39, features the brand’s recognisable red interior and logo. Its slanted tip follows the natural curve of the brow, while the precisely aligned surface is designed to grip hairs securely and remove them cleanly from the root.
The second launch, Rubis Tweezers Classic SA Six Stars Red Inside, is priced at £38.50. This design pairs the same signature red interior with a series of punched-out stars. Its precision tips close evenly to capture fine hairs and early regrowth, making it suitable for detailed brow shaping as well as routine maintenance.
Both tools are handmade in Switzerland from high-quality stainless surgical steel. Each pair passes through 45 production stages and several quality controls before being finished under magnification to ensure the tips meet accurately.
Rubis originally developed precision tweezers for the Swiss watchmaking industry, where they were used during the assembly of watches from names including Rolex and Patek Philippe. The same approach to accuracy is now applied to the brand’s cosmetic tools, with each pair designed to offer flexibility, durability and precise control.
Makeup artist Bobbi Brown has previously described Rubis as “the Ferrari of tweezers”.
The Rubis Tweezers Classic SA Logo Rubis Red Inside and Classic SA Six Stars Red Inside are both available from Amazon.
Rituals Cosmetics has launched Uukumwe, a limited-edition bath, body and home collection inspired by Namibian heritage and the idea that wellbeing is better when it is shared. Described as a Namibian word for unity and togetherness, Uukumwe shifts the focus from “me time” towards “we time”, turning everyday beauty routines into opportunities to slow down, reconnect and care for ourselves and those around us.
