The Wellness Foundry partners with The Light Centre Belgravia launching new monthly sound baths.
The Chakra Series will be held once a month and celebrates the power of sound bathing. These one hour sessions look to allow a moment of pure relaxation, healing and reflection with each class focused on exploring the chakras.
The powerful sound vibrations and breathing techniques can release old patterns, beliefs, physical discomfort and spiritual blocks. The experience can also help improve sleep, cognitive function and promote relaxation.
The Sound Bath Healing experience includes:
Guided meditation to help you relax
Personalised affirmation card for you to keep
Sound healing with crystal bowls
The next session will be focused on the Sacral Chakra at the Light Centre Belgraiva with Zsofia at 5pm on Sunday, September 29th. Click here to book.
