Superdrug Launches Beauty Treatment Bookings Online

Superdrug has launched online appointment booking for its Beauty Studios, starting with 72 stores and expanding to more than 200 locations by the end of October 2026.

Introduced on 2 October, the service allows customers to arrange treatments before visiting a store and forms part of the retailer’s strategy to connect its shops and website. The rollout follows growing demand for its in-store beauty services, with each appointment including a consultation to help customers choose their treatment and finish.

Customers can book across nails, brows, lashes, waxing and hair. The treatment menu includes gel polish and builder gel manicures, nail extensions and pedicures, brow shaping and tinting, facial waxing and threading, Korean lash lifts, lash tinting and express extensions. Hair services range from colour treatments and restyles to blow-dries. Piercings remain available on a walk-in basis only.

Simon Comins, Chief Operating Officer at Superdrug, said: “At Superdrug, we want more customers to be able to enjoy professional beauty treatments without compromising on convenience or value. Our Beauty Studios bring expert, on-trend services to the high street, and as demand continues to grow, introducing online booking is a natural next step in making those services even easier to access.”

“Customers will have greater flexibility to plan their visit and secure an appointment at a time that works for them. It also brings our store and online experiences closer together, making it easier for customers to discover and enjoy Beauty Studio services in a way that suits them.”

The initial locations include White City, Manchester Arndale, Cribbs Causeway, Merry Hill, Stratford, Cardiff St Davids, Newry Buttercrane, Brighton Churchill Square, Edinburgh Princes Street and Doncaster Frenchgate New.

Nail treatments use Mylee’s TPO-free gel formulas, with a choice of colours, finishes and nail art. Mylee products are also sold through Superdrug’s stores and website, connecting the professional treatment offer with its retail range.

Michael Bryce, CEO at HSNF, said: “We're proud to partner with Superdrug to deliver professional treatments with Mylee. With our extensive colour range and high quality gel formulas, online booking makes it easier than ever for customers to enjoy the Mylee experience at Superdrug.”

Appointments can be booked through the Superdrug Beauty Studio website.
