Seriderm Signs Long Term Partnership With Cynosure Lutronic Across Uk, Ireland, France And North Africa

Cynosure Lutronic has entered into a long term strategic commercial collaboration with Seriderm, covering the UK, Ireland, France, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia, as the two businesses seek to strengthen distribution, service and clinical support for energy based aesthetics across the regions.

The agreement was formalised on 17 November 2025, with the companies stating a contractual commitment in excess of USD 100 million, which they describe as among the most significant commercial agreements in aesthetic medicine across the covered markets.

Cynosure Lutronic said the partnership builds on a relationship developed over time, with Seriderm and Lutronic having worked closely since 2019. Hauke Harms, President of International at Cynosure Lutronic, said the collaboration is “grounded on trust, close collaboration between teams, and a shared ability to build long term success”.

The companies also positioned the deal within the wider evolution of Cynosure Lutronic, following the 2025 merger of the Cynosure and Lutronic brands, which they said created the world’s leading industrial group in energy based devices. They added that customers will benefit from access to a larger device portfolio and continued support for healthcare professionals across North Africa, France, and more recently the UK and Ireland.

Seriderm said the collaboration supports its strategy to deliver an integrated model combining technical, clinical and commercial support for practitioners. CEO Djamel Kemiche described the agreement as “a key milestone” and “the beginning of a new phase for Seriderm”, focused on advanced treatments that serve physicians and the overall patient experience.

The distributor highlighted its scale, stating it works with nearly 6,000 physician partners and has more than 8,000 medical devices in operation, supported by integrated teams designed to provide long term support across operational and clinical needs.

Alongside the partnership, Seriderm also announced a new UK headquarters in Primrose Hill, London, intended as a multi use space for training, education, demonstrations and portfolio showcasing, including Cynosure Lutronic and Sofwave Ireland.
