Pan Pacific London becomes first London hotel to offer Skin Rocks treatments
Pan Pacific London has partnered with Skin Rocks by Caroline Hirons, becoming the first London hotel to offer the British skincare brand’s professional treatments. Announced on 14 October, the ongoing partnership brings an exclusive facial to the hotel’s SENSORY Spa & Wellbeing, alongside retail from 15 October and plans for founder-led events and in-room skincare rituals.
Developed by Skin Rocks Pro specifically for the hotel, the Signature Reset Facial is a 60-minute treatment aimed at tired, dull-looking skin affected by travel, stress and busy routines. Inspired by the hotel turndown ritual, it combines Skin Rocks formulations with a 30-minute lifting massage, placing hands-on treatment at the centre of the experience.
The hotel’s wider Skin Rocks menu also includes The Rejuvenation Facial, The Control Facial, The Hydration Facial and the 30-minute Express Amplified Facial.

The retail element gives guests access to Skin Rocks’ colour-coded product range, allowing them to continue their skincare routines at home. The partnership also extends to visitors and the local community, bringing the brand’s professional treatments to a central London hotel setting.
Further elements are planned, including masterclasses hosted by Hirons and the Skin Rocks Pro team on skin barrier health, seasonal routines and skincare myths. Evening Ritual Turndown Kits will feature The Cleansing Balm and The Support Oil, accompanied by guidance on self-massage and breathing techniques.
