Huda Beauty teams up with Cardi B for new Ultra Snatched collection
Huda Beauty has teamed up with Cardi B for the launch of Ultra Snatched, a new limited colour story across the brand’s Easy Bake powder franchise designed around brightening, lifting and blurring the complexion. The collaboration brings together Huda Beauty founder and CEO Huda Kattan and Cardi B, with the pair developing a combination of bold pink and lilac tones intended to create what the brand describes as an “Ultra Snatched” finish. The concept centres on using pink to brighten and lilac to visually lift the complexion, while retaining the blurred, airbrushed finish associated with the Easy Bake range.
The collection introduces new shades across both Easy Bake Loose Setting Powder Duos and Easy Bake Pressed Powder, with formulas designed to control shine, smooth the appearance of texture and deliver a brighter complexion finish. At the centre of the launch are the new Easy Bake Duos, each combining two complementary loose powder shades that can be applied separately or mixed together. The powders offer up to 18 hours of wear and a flashback-free, airbrushed finish, while the packaging allows users to customise the colour combination by selecting one shade or blending both together.
Two duos feature in the launch. Cherry Lilac, designed for fair to light skin tones, combines Cherry Blossom Cake, a sheer soft pink, with the new Lilac Muffin, a soft cool-toned lilac. Pink Ube, created for medium to tan skin tones, pairs Pink Velvet Cookie, a deep rosy pink, with Ube Birthday Cake, an electric lilac. In an independent study of 20 people across different skin types and tones, 100% agreed their skin looked blurred after using the product.
The Ultra Snatched collection also expands Easy Bake Pressed with two new shades, Pink Velvet Cookie and Ube Birthday Cake. Designed to create an instantly brighter and more lifted appearance, the superfine pressed powder offers up to 12 hours of shine control alongside an airbrushed matte finish.
In a study involving 100 people of multiple skin types and tones, 98% agreed the pressed powder did not look cakey and felt lightweight, while 96% said it absorbed excess shine and 95% found it comfortable to wear throughout the day.
To complete the look, Huda Beauty is also bringing back its Snatch Map technique, with users encouraged to strategically apply the loose powder duo to brighten and lift before layering Easy Bake Pressed on top to intensify the effect.
