Ashmira Botanica arrives at The Spa at The Landmark London
Ashmira Botanica has officially launched at The Spa at The Landmark London following the completion of the hotel’s £4 million wellness transformation. The partnership introduces the brand’s British-made skincare and holistic treatment rituals to the 710sq m spa, which has reopened as a destination for hotel residents, Londoners and day-spa guests. Ashmira Botanica joins QMS Medicosmetics and OSKIA as one of the spa’s specialist treatment partners.
Founded by spa and beauty professional Tracey Smith, Ashmira Botanica combines botanical skincare with principles drawn from Traditional Chinese Medicine. Its treatment philosophy is structured around the Five Elements of wood, fire, earth, metal and water, with rituals tailored according to the guest’s skin, emotions and sense of wellbeing at the time of treatment.
Each product is created in Britain and designed to support both the skin and wider wellbeing through its interpretation of Five Elements philosophy. Its vegan capsule skincare collection is produced in small batches in the UK using plant extracts, essential oils and mineral clays.
Five Elements treatments join the spa menu
The new treatment menu includes five Ashmira Botanica experiences spanning facial, massage, body and shared wellbeing rituals.
The Five Elements Facial is a 60-minute personalised treatment combining cleansing and exfoliation with lymphatic drainage and acupressure massage. Products are chosen according to the guest’s selected element and include an Elemental clay mask, Restore and Illuminate Rice Cream and Elemental Elixir. The treatment is priced from £175.
The Inner Zen Eastern Massage uses acupressure and meridian work to ease physical tension and encourage relaxation. Guests can select the brand’s Yin Massage Oil for a soothing experience or Yang Massage Oil for a more uplifting treatment. The 60-minute massage is priced from £175.
Ashmira Botanica’s 90-minute Pure Alchemy Facial and Back Treatment incorporates a ground rice powder back exfoliation, meridian massage, tourmaline-infused oils, facial cupping and a personalised Elemental clay mask. It is priced from £255.
The menu also features the Meridian Rebalance Journey, combining clay, acupressure, lymphatic techniques and sound therapy, alongside the Inner Bliss Ritual for two. The latter combines rice powder exfoliation, meridian massage and a concluding cacao ceremony within the spa’s double treatment room.
The Landmark London expands its wellness positioning
The Spa at The Landmark London has reopened following an extensive redesign by Alex Kravetz Design. Its facilities include five treatment rooms, including a room for shared experiences, a 34°C vitality pool, aromatic steam room, Finnish sauna, ice fountain, heated marble loungers, multisensory showers and a 24-hour gym.
The interiors combine stone and marble with organic tones and ambient lighting, while the treatment concept brings together advanced skincare and holistic therapies influenced by both contemporary wellness and established healing traditions. The investment represented a deliberate change in how the hotel positions wellness, with the objective of establishing the spa as a destination in its own right rather than solely an amenity for overnight guests.
The arrival of Ashmira Botanica marks a significant luxury hotel partnership for the independent brand, placing its Five Elements skincare and treatment philosophy within one of London’s best-known hospitality properties. The products are also available to purchase through the spa’s retail offering.
